Water Damaged Rugs & Carpets

1. Attempt to get as much water out as possible.
2. If colors have moved (crocked or bleed) we can provide an ORRAINC. Certified appraisal for your insurance company.
3. In some cases we can correct this problem but we need the carpets transported to us as soon as possible.
4. Do not use any bleach product on wool or silk (even diluted!).
5. Call us for further info we can help.
6. We can wash out the bacteria without damaging your fine textiles.
7. Wool absorbs water by as much as 30% of its weight.  So if a wool carpet is in a flooded room but not affected, it will require a good drying out.
8. Padding is not recoverable, dispose it.

 Mold on carpet will have white with possible black and blue spect's.  If you touch this carpet wash your hands and do not touch your face.
