Unlike canvas and paint, the fleeting whim may allow for this or that change of heart, a carpet calls for commitment an even hand and tremendous determination to completion of an idea rarely put to paper. The quality I speak of comes from the hand spun wool foundation (an incredibly difficult medium) along with the ability to create and intrepid long standing tribal traditions with the symbolism intact and the design originality expressed.
